Replacement for Broken or Damaged Game

Our manufacturer's warranty is limited to games purchased new within 90 days and does not cover damage caused by the customer.  If you believe your game is still within warranty, please send it to the address below with your receipt and we will inspect it for manufacturing errors.

If the game is beyond warranty or you believe the damage was caused by the retailer, your best option would be to return it to the store and see what options their policies allow.
